Virtual Clinical Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver inbound or outbound non-promotional educational support related to disease states to designated customers as instructed by the client company.

• Provide outbound medication adherence assistance to patients and/or their caregivers.

• Gather demographic information and disposition for reimbursement services and literature fulfillment.

• Ensure exceptional quality and outstanding customer service while following program talking points or call guides.

• Utilize live video conferencing software on web/client-specific platforms as necessary.

• Build and enhance relationships with key customers.

• Support the development and delivery of services across various healthcare sectors.

• Complete all necessary administrative tasks promptly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid US healthcare professional license: RN.

• Associate's Degree/Bachelor's/BSN preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in Neurology or sleep disorders.

• Exhibit effective and professional communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant telephone demeanor and articulate voice.

• Proficient in Call Center Telephone Technology.

• Proven organizational abilities.

• A proactive self-starter with strong personal motivation.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
