• Manage phone calls as necessary to assist customers and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Arrange appointments on the owner's calendar for inquiries that require a more detailed discussion or consultation.
• Organize and oversee email correspondence to guarantee timely responses and follow-ups.
• Execute data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Contribute to optimizing workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a comparable administrative support position.
• Skilled in calendar management and scheduling tools.
• Highly proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Excellent data entry capabilities with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• High level of discretion and the ability to manage confidential information.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
• A positive, professional, and friendly customer service demeanor.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset towards work.
• A genuine enjoyment in helping people resolve their issues and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
