This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee CRM systems, including data entry, record updates, and database maintenance.
• Manage transaction coordination activities, such as preparing and organizing real estate documentation.
• Conduct market research and analysis to aid in property valuation processes.
• Assist with real estate marketing efforts, including managing social media profiles, creating posts, and running marketing campaigns.
• Update and manage property listings on real estate websites (e.g., Zillow, Realtor.com).
• Facilitate communication among buyers, sellers, agents, and other stakeholders involved in transactions.
• Arrange appointments, showings, and meetings for real estate agents.
• Carry out basic bookkeeping activities related to real estate transactions.
• Provide support for 3D tours and property presentations on various platforms.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant in Real Estate is mandatory.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in CRM systems, real estate software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and adhere to deadlines.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Experience in social media management and marketing is a plus.
