Virtual Assistant – Inventory Support Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Laying the Groundwork for Initial Sales: You will diligently carry out overnight back-office POS-related tasks in Dutchie for all products received by the brick-and-mortar team throughout the day.

• Enhancing the Digital Menu: You will create detailed new catalog entries and confirm naming conventions, brand categories, pricing, descriptions, and lab test results.

• Safeguarding Data Compliance: You will manage over 25,000 entries annually with exceptional, ongoing accuracy—spotting menu discrepancies, pricing errors, or absent images before they affect operations.

• Supporting Leadership Decisions: You will methodically produce nightly "sell-first" lists for aging inventory and compile thorough end-of-shift reports.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience

• Technologically Proficient: You quickly adapt to new platforms and have a proven history of navigating complex Point of Sale (POS) systems, e-commerce catalogs, or backend inventory software like Dutchie and Google Workspace.
