This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• You will be assigned clients based on your expertise and preferences.
• Your role will involve managing tasks assigned by clients, establishing yourself as their trusted advisor.
• Responsible for managing expense reports and assisting with invoicing.
• Scheduling appointments and handling calendar management.
• Organizing and coordinating meetings and events.
• Planning and arranging travel logistics.
• Overseeing orders and supplies.
• Handling HR-related duties and office management tasks.
• Assisting with personal tasks such as research and bookings.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a freelancer or in a similar position, such as an executive assistant.
• Strong writing capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in using technology tools (Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, etc.) is necessary.
• A passion for tackling challenges and solving problems.
• Must be proactive and have a high level of energy.
• Outstanding organizational skills are a must.
• Fluency in both French and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• You must be self-employed or freelance, comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
