This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Management of CRM systems utilizing HubSpot
• Evaluate HubSpot automation processes
• Structure workflows and establish system setups
• Facilitate internal communication and coordination within HubSpot
• Offer administrative assistant services
• Organize and manage documentation
• Arrange Zoom meetings and document notes
• Professionally interact with clients
• Provide fundamental support for social media activities
• Utilize Google and Microsoft 365 tools as necessary
• A minimum of 1+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position for US-based clients
• At least 1+ year of practical experience as a HubSpot Virtual Assistant or HubSpot Support Specialist
• Demonstrated expertise in managing and organizing CRM systems, particularly HubSpot (including pipelines, contacts, workflows, and automation assessments)
• Excellent client coordination abilities with a focus on managing tasks and follow-ups in a professional manner
• Basic knowledge or experience with social media support (including posting, scheduling, or content management)
