This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Reactivate previous and inactive patients through proactive outreach efforts.
• Handle incoming inquiries and convert potential opportunities into scheduled appointments.
• Conduct outbound calls to physicians, hospitals, shelters, and other organizations to establish referral relationships.
• Develop and sustain a consistent pipeline for referral outreach.
• Monitor outreach activities, responses, referrals, and their outcomes.
• Identify ways to enhance patient acquisition, retention, and referral generation.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective referral sources and patients.
• Deliver professional, compassionate, and patient-centered communication.
• Oversee the patient journey from the initial inquiry through scheduling and onboarding.
• Address patient questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with precision and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ensure that patient information is comprehensive and current.
• Verify patients' insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Update patient demographics and insurance details.
• Maintain accurate patient records within SimplePractice.
• Assist with administrative workflows related to scheduling, onboarding, and patient documentation.
• Recognize administrative challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Take ownership of issues rather than merely reporting them.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
• Suggest and implement improved workflows when applicable.
• Work autonomously and prioritize tasks without constant supervision.
• Take the initiative when you notice tasks that require attention.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical administration, behavioral health, patient coordination, healthcare scheduling, or a related area.
• Proficient in outbound and cold calling.
• Experience in verifying insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
• Clear and professional English with minimal accent.
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Robust problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Proven ability to take initiative and demonstrate ownership.
• Seeking a long-term career opportunity rather than a short-term or transitional role.
• Experience with SimplePractice is preferred.
• Previous background in behavioral health is preferred.
• Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with developing referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, shelters, or other healthcare organizations is preferred.
• Experience in patient reactivation or retention is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.
• Experience in a startup, small practice, or entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
• Full-time contractor role.
• 40 hours per week.
• Negotiable pay rate based on skills and experience.
• Monday to Friday schedule, from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
