• Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar across various time zones (ET/UK), including prioritization, scheduling, rescheduling, and resolving conflicts.
• Coordinate both internal and external meetings with executives, partners, and customers.
• Organize and oversee executive travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transfers, itineraries, and last-minute changes).
• Provide inbox/email support, including professional drafting and follow-ups.
• Facilitate communication and coordination through Slack, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
• Assist with expense tracking, receipt management, and basic administrative tasks.
• Respond promptly to urgent requests with a strong focus on detail.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting senior executives in the role of Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant.
• Extensive experience with calendar management and scheduling across different time zones.
• Significant experience in coordinating executive travel (preferably international).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly responsive, dependable, and capable of managing urgent last-minute changes.
• Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Availability that aligns with Eastern Time Zone (ET) and/or UK Time Zone.
