This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Engage and assist customers online, in their homes, and virtually in-store.

• Offer personalized recommendations and solutions through consultative selling and visual merchandising presentations.

• Establish, nurture, and enhance customer relationships during sales and product inquiry interactions.

• Qualify new millwork clients.

• Design and tailor doors and windows to meet customer specifications.

• Generate quotes for new millwork projects and secure payment.

• Effectively transition PRO customers.

• Ensure a uniform and unique customer experience.

• Respond to product knowledge inquiries from store associates and mentor them using training materials.

• Conduct follow-up calls with open quote customers and assist in fostering a positive customer experience.

• Address configurator inquiries from store associates.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Skilled in myCD (Millwork Design System).

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Previous experience in customer service contact centers or retail sales within the millwork sector (doors/windows).

• Experience in consultative selling and the capability to drive sales.

• Over 5 years of experience in design, retail, specialty retail, outside sales, or trade.

• Knowledgeable in door and window design and installation.

• Strong computer proficiency.

• Ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision.

• High school diploma and/or GED required.

• Previous leadership experience is not mandatory.

• No certifications required.
