Design Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop scenarios that encompass rapid prototyping and iteration cycles, the creation of design systems, and collaborative efforts between product design and engineering teams.

• Create tasks focused on AI-assisted application development, workflows transforming natural language into code, and rapid prototyping within the Vibecoding subdomain.

• Generate tasks related to UX/UI design, the establishment of design systems and component libraries, user research, and usability testing in the Design subdomain.

• Construct scenarios utilizing AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, v0, and Replit.

• Create scenarios using design tools like Figma, Framer, and other design systems resources.

• Implement iterative prompt-driven development methodologies specific to Vibecoding.

• Employ human-centered design principles and conduct heuristic evaluations within the Design domain.

• Produce reference prototypes, code artifacts, design specifications, and usability evaluation reports.

• Develop rubrics that differentiate authentic senior-level product judgment from generic tutorial or template-based work.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a product designer, design lead, or AI-native engineer/vibecoder.

• Background at a prominent product or design-focused company, notable independent product creator, or startup product developer.

• Direct responsibility for product design systems or AI-assisted development workflows that have been deployed to production.

• Proficiency in vibecoding or design tools.

• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and rapid prototyping methodologies.

• A portfolio showcasing shipped work is highly preferred over formal credentials.

• Previous authorship of rubrics, training materials, or design critiques is a plus.

• Engagement as an independent contractor.

• Must not necessitate H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship.
