VIP Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service excellence to key client travelers.

• Manage incoming inquiries through phone, email, and various other channels.

• Act as the main point of contact for executive-level travelers.

• Provide proactive travel consultations and detailed travel information.

• Upsell related products to enhance the travel experience.

• Search for and confirm customer travel reservations efficiently.

• Implement client travel policies to guide and advise customers.

• Address requests concerning DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations.

• Continuously update, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in VIP travel services.

• Familiarity with the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes.

• Proficient in GDS Sabre.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to efficiently and accurately manage incoming requests across multiple channels.

• Competence in using BCD Travel tools and systems.

• Understanding of travel policies and effective customer consultation practices.

• Knowledge of regulations related to DOT, TSA, passports, and visas.

• In-depth understanding and application of travel supplier rules.
