This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Take charge of increasing revenue from high-volume traders from start to finish, including sourcing, closing, and creating the playbook that encourages ongoing trading.
• Collaborate directly with the Sales and Customer Support teams to serve current VIP users, pinpoint growth opportunities, and assist the Growth team with affiliate partnerships.
• Identify, present to, and secure high-volume traders, such as proprietary traders, high net worth individuals (HNWIs), funds, and VIPs at centralized exchanges (CEXs) and perpetual decentralized exchanges (DEXs).
• Develop, manage, and actively oversee an established network of large, engaged leveraged traders.
• Create the VIP sales playbook, which encompasses standard operating procedures (SOPs) for outreach, qualification, onboarding, tiering, and retention.
• Cultivate traders into VIPs through personalized onboarding and continuous support.
• Assist in affiliate acquisition and management by transforming trader relationships into affiliate partnerships.
• Provide trader feedback and requirements to the Product and Liquidity teams, including requests concerning trading pairs, spreads, fees, execution, and incentive structures.
• Take ownership of your pipeline and KPIs, which include new VIP trading volume, active VIP count, and retention metrics.
• Ensure accurate and well-organized records are maintained in the CRM.
• A background in sales or business development focused on high-volume or institutional traders, including CEX VIP/institutional coverage, brokerages, FX/CFD sales, or proprietary trading networks.
• An established network of trader relationships that can be activated immediately.
• A comprehensive understanding of leveraged trading, with the capability to discuss funding rates, spreads, execution, and market structure with professional traders.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, capable of developing processes from the ground up in a startup environment.
• Preference for candidates based in APAC, with experience working effectively with a team operating on US hours and within American culture.
• Comfortable navigating both crypto-native and traditional finance environments.

• An existing network of affiliates or key opinion leaders (KOLs) within trading communities.
• Proficiency in additional languages relevant to APAC trading hubs, such as Mandarin, Korean, or Vietnamese.
• Previous experience at a perpetual DEX, brokerage, or derivatives-focused centralized exchange.
