This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with high-value clients through tailored and proactive communication.
• Provide outstanding customer service and foster enduring customer loyalty.
• Interact with customers via various communication channels and platforms.
• Gain insights into customer preferences, behaviors, and needs to deliver customized experiences.
• Organize and manage VIP events, activities, and market-focused initiatives.
• Maintain a keen awareness of local trends, networking opportunities, and pertinent social events in the Mexican market.
• Address customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
• Craft positive and unforgettable customer experiences aligned with VIP service standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies.
• Simultaneously manage multiple customer interactions while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Native or fluent Spanish speaker with proficient English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
• At least 3 years of experience in VIP Account Management, Account Management, or Customer Relationship roles within iGaming, online casinos, or land-based casino settings.
• Significant experience working with high-value clients in the Mexican market.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong networking and customer engagement capabilities.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public relations abilities.
• Customer-oriented approach with the capacity to adjust communication styles to various personalities.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of local events, market trends, and networking opportunities in Mexico is highly desirable.
