This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of high-value clients, gaining an in-depth understanding of various products and solutions, and driving continuous growth in key metrics such as transactions, assets, and revenue through professional listening and tailored solutions.
• Identify and develop potential high-value clients through multiple channels (including but not limited to in-person visits, industry conferences, community engagement, and referrals).
• Quickly profile and identify high-potential target clients, while establishing and maintaining a pool of client leads and a follow-up rhythm.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships, conducting regular reviews to understand users' trading needs, asset sizes, and product requirements.
• Responsible for key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the asset size, trading volume, and revenue contributions of assigned clients, achieving monthly/quarterly performance targets.
• Acquire a deep understanding of various product lines offered by major trading platforms (such as spot, contracts, options, Earn/investment, structured products, etc.), enabling the provision of comparative analyses and professional advice to clients.
• Gather customer needs and pain points, collaborating with product and operations teams to provide customized solutions for key clients.
• Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and new product forms, rapidly assimilating and digesting new knowledge to formulate valuable insights and recommendations for clients.
• Regularly provide feedback from clients/markets and competitive intelligence to offer frontline perspectives for internal strategies and product iterations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the web3 industry.
• Ability to swiftly identify and filter target clients, possessing excellent communication, negotiation skills, and relationship management abilities, with a basic understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and risk-return dynamics; candidates with banking, brokerage, or asset management backgrounds are preferred.
• Clear KPI and results-oriented mindset, accustomed to using data to assess performance.
• Willingness to accept a high-intensity work pace and frequent travel/visits.
• Strong self-motivation and resilience, able to navigate and drive initiatives in uncertain environments.
• Proficient in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related fields.
