This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Oversee relationships with VIP clients within the local market.
• Foster and enhance connections with current clients through ongoing communication and relationship-building initiatives.
• Design and execute customer service processes and systems, including management guidelines and monitoring of essential client statuses.
• Evaluate client behaviors to uncover unexpressed needs and prepare comprehensive client analysis reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to provide exceptional service solutions and experiences.
• Promote growth among prospective clients through product offerings, offline marketing efforts, events, and campaigns.
• Work alongside marketing teams to boost brand visibility and drive leads and conversions within VIP segments.
• Ensure accurate data and information is maintained for weekly updates and analysis.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and client services roles within the international financial industry, ideally in banking or investments.
• Demonstrated success in managing client portfolios, including institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, and private banking customers.
• Experience with trading platforms or exchanges is highly beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese to effectively engage with Vietnamese-speaking stakeholders in the local market.
• Capability to excel under pressure and meet tight deadlines while demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities.
