📋 Description

• Develop and execute the VIP CRM strategy at the brand level.

• Create and implement a VIP communications coverage plan targeting key segments and customer scenarios.

• Manage and enhance CRM journeys across all regions.

• Monitor the effectiveness of CRM communications and the performance of customer scenarios.

• Collaborate with analysts to assess key metrics and ensure alignment of results across regions.

• Identify journeys that are underperforming and initiate improvements to enhance effectiveness.

• Maintain a cohesive approach to VIP CRM processes and standards throughout all regions.

• Share successful cases and best practices among regional teams.

• Research, analyze, and implement the best market solutions and practices in VIP CRM.

• Test and scale effective CRM strategies across various regions.

• Work in coordination with VIP Operations, Analytics, Product, and other teams to execute CRM initiatives.
