VIP Agent, Portuguese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Engage with VIP clients via messaging platforms, live chat, email, and telephone.

• Evaluate client accounts and develop personalized activation strategies.

• Conduct daily monitoring of client activities and focus on reactivation efforts.

• Manage substantial wins and losses for both VIP and pre-VIP clients.

• Address issues related to failed deposits and withdrawals.

• Review client feedback and complaints to enhance the overall customer experience.

• Raise product-related issues through ticketing systems and track their resolution.

• Work collaboratively with team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Ukrainian and Portuguese at a fluent level, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Practical experience in iGaming, particularly in retention, reactivation, or VIP account management is advantageous.

• Strong problem-solving abilities to address conflicts, major losses, and challenging clients.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• A typing speed of over 200 characters per minute.

• Ability to manage 5–10 chat conversations simultaneously.
