Property Finder, Commercial Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop your local connections (agencies, referrers, and partners)

• Obtain property search mandates

• Discover the most promising opportunities (both on-market and off-market)

• Arrange property viewings

• Negotiate solely in the best interests of your clients

• Assist clients through to contract signing

• Operate independently within a well-defined framework, supported by extensive training and high-performance digital tools

• Real estate professional aiming to shift to the buyer side, or a seasoned sales expert

• Proficient in engaging with discerning clients

• In-depth understanding of the Annecy property market

• Client-focused, organized, and driven

• Possess commercial agent status
