VIP Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Engage with VIP clients through various channels including messengers, live chats, email, and phone calls.

• Evaluate client accounts and devise a personalized activation strategy for each individual.

• Track client activity on a daily basis and implement reactivation efforts.

• Manage significant wins and losses for both VIP and pre-VIP clients.

• Address issues related to failed deposits and withdrawals.

• Examine client feedback and complaints, seeking opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

• Work in close collaboration with the team: escalate product-related issues through tickets and monitor their resolution progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Ukrainian and Portuguese, with fluency in both spoken and written forms.

• Relevant experience in iGaming, particularly in retention, reactivation, or VIP account management, is advantageous.

• Strong problem-solving abilities to manage conflicts, substantial losses, and demanding clients.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Typing speed exceeding 200 characters per minute.

• Ability to manage 5-10 chats concurrently with ease.
