This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Engage in proactive outreach to both potential and current VIP clients via phone calls, written correspondence, and internal CRM platforms;
• Advocate for company products and services to esteemed clients;
• Utilize effective negotiation strategies to turn leads into loyal customers;
• Create and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and retention;
• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships as a trusted advisor;
• Track client activities and pinpoint opportunities for growth and engagement;
• Keep precise records of client interactions within the CRM system.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or above;
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese;
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related discipline;
• Demonstrated experience in the financial sector, ideally in sales, account management, or business development;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities;
• Results-oriented approach and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• High degree of responsibility and professionalism when dealing with VIP clients.
