This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.
• Engage in proactive outreach to both potential and existing VIP clients using phone calls, written communication, and internal CRM tools;
• Market the company's products and services to high-value clientele;
• Utilize effective negotiation strategies to turn leads into long-term customers;
• Create and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and retention;
• Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor;
• Monitor client activities to spot opportunities for growth and engagement;
• Keep precise records of client interactions within the CRM system.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or above;
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Arabic;
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related discipline;
• Demonstrated experience in the financial sector, ideally in sales, account management, or business development;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities;
• Results-driven mindset with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• High degree of responsibility and professionalism when dealing with VIP clients.
