This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Gibraltar.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with VIP clients through tailored communication and outstanding service.
• Oversee VIP interactions across various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and private messaging platforms.
• Take full responsibility for your customer portfolio, emphasizing retention, customer lifetime value, and commercial success.
• Work closely with CRM and internal teams to implement campaigns, loyalty programs, and targeted customer engagement initiatives.
• Analyze customer behavior and performance metrics, leveraging data and insights to proactively discover growth opportunities.
• Plan and conduct VIP events, both virtually and in person, to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
• Address escalations and customer-related issues, including account inquiries, responsible gaming, and bonus questions.
• Maintain comprehensive customer profiles to provide a highly personalized experience.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to continually enhance the VIP offering.
• Prior experience managing VIP customers in the iGaming sector.
• Strong knowledge of online casino, sportsbook, and cryptocurrency gaming products.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with a track record of enhancing customer value and portfolio performance.
• Experience managing high-value customer relationships in a service-oriented environment.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in planning and hosting VIP events is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing priorities independently.
• Flexible working model (office / hybrid / remote based on location).
