VIP Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Manage mid to high-value player accounts within a designated portfolio.

• Develop personal relationships with VIPs to deliver outstanding experiences.

• Act as the primary contact for VIP inquiries and concerns.

• Recognize and retain current players through customized rewards and bonuses.

• Prepare reports on portfolio activities and aid in brand expansion.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve player requests and issues.

• Evaluate player portfolio performance and discover new potential VIPs.

• Communicate exclusive offers and promotions to VIPs.

• Keep abreast of CRM/Community campaigns and industry developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in iGaming VIP Account Management, ideally in web3 (crypto) casino and sportsbook operations.

• Proficiency in English with outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Basic knowledge of crypto tokens is required.

• Strong data analysis capabilities are crucial for this position.

• Exceptional customer service skills, including an analytical perspective and the ability to anticipate players’ needs for tailored follow-up.

• Fluency in additional languages is a plus, preferably German and French.
