This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Act as the primary contact for a select group of high-performing loan officers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with loan officers to comprehend their needs, objectives, and preferences.
• Establish processes and guidelines to improve team efficiency and foster team development.
• Clearly understand and convey brand strategy and consumer targeting to ensure that all integrated marketing efforts align with account strategies.
• Design and implement tailored strategic marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and enhancing brand recognition for clients, including the conception, creative and media plan development, management, and evaluation.
• Supervise the execution of marketing programs, events, sponsorships, and related activities that effectively represent CCM’s marketing strategy and overall business objectives for designated clients.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to surpass client expectations and meet deadlines across various projects; provide timely and effective solutions to client inquiries and issues, ensuring outstanding satisfaction and retention among assigned accounts.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for all marketing initiatives, including paid social, digital, out-of-home (OOH), traditional marketing, etc.
• Function as the liaison for loan officer(s) across all internal marketing teams, as well as the connection to all support groups throughout the entire CCM organization.
• Assist in overseeing clients’ budgets, including forecasting, review, and reconciliation.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
• Over 5 years of experience with a proven track record in leading marketing initiatives.
• Experience in annual marketing planning for sales organizations.
• Proficiency in cross-functional marketing.
• Understanding of core digital and traditional marketing channels to select the most suitable formats in alignment with strategy.
• Familiarity with integrated marketing strategies and tactics and their ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills to achieve consensus.
• Ability to build trust and navigate complex relationships through diplomacy, consistency, competence, and integrity.
• Exceptional project management and problem-solving abilities to adapt plans quickly and provide top-tier experiences.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills to engage and interact with a diverse range of stakeholders, including technical experts, C-suite executives, branch personnel, and VPs.
• Proficient in Adobe Pro and the Microsoft Office Suite.
