Video & Photo Production Coordinator – Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate video production for M2M content intended for web and social media at and around the Indonesia project site.

• Organize and carry out shoots at the Hub location in Raja Ampat/Sorong.

• Provide high-quality footage utilizing personal equipment.

• Edit and produce video and photo content ready for posting in collaboration with the CleanHub Germany team.

• Supply raw video and photo materials to editors and team members for broader content utilization.

• Assist in script writing for video content based on knowledge of the Indonesia Hubs and their operations.

• Conduct and translate interviews conducted in Indonesian.

• Prepare essential segments and documentation to ensure Indonesian content is accessible to the greater CleanHub team.

• Travel to the Hub location in Indonesia as necessary for production and fieldwork.

• Align the timing of shoots and deliverables with the CleanHub team in accordance with project milestones and events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.

• Academic background in 3D graphic design or animation.

• A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience as a Marketing Manager and Creative Director.

• Robust portfolio showcasing video and photo production work.

• Residing in Indonesia.

• Proficient in both English and Indonesian, in writing and speaking.

• Proficiency in German is a significant advantage.

• Capability to work autonomously and communicate effectively across different cultures.

• Willingness and capability to travel within Indonesia for production and fieldwork activities.

• Experience in content production for NGOs operating in Indonesia is preferred.

• Practical knowledge of Indonesia’s language, culture, and people is a plus.

• Direct understanding of local waste management challenges is advantageous.

• Submit a CV detailing relevant qualifications.

• Provide a brief portfolio or reel/link that highlights relevant video and photo work.

• Include references for 1–2 previous clients for similar projects.

• Confirm language proficiency and any relevant certifications.

• Confirm availability throughout the 2026–2030 project duration.

• State a daily and/or hourly fee rate, including currency and whether rates are exclusive of VAT/taxes.
