This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
β’ Translate content for video games, including complete titles and updates, occasionally collaborating with fellow Translators.
β’ Translate marketing materials and other promotional content related to games.
β’ Review and proofread the work of other Translators to ensure top-notch text quality.
β’ Native Danish speaker who has a strong passion for language and cultural intricacies.
β’ Proficient in English, enabling communication through emails with Project Managers and participation in interview video calls with the Vendor Manager.
β’ Capability to issue invoices.
β’ At least 6 months of translation experience in video games, board games, or comparable creative sectors.
β’ Freelance registration is preferable.
β’ Experience in subtitle translation and Language Quality Assurance (LQA) will be advantageous.
β’ Flexible and project-based work (Typical freelancing B2B contract).
β’ A genuinely friendly work atmosphere with a semi-formal communication style and approachable Project Managers.
β’ Competitive translation rates with a reasonable fuzzy grid.
β’ The opportunity to work remotely from anywhere (availability to cover at least part of the 9-5 CET time zone is required).
β’ All necessary tools provided, including a CAT tool license for Phrase.
