This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Edit and create captivating video content for various client brands across platforms such as social media, YouTube, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Produce and edit both short-form content (Reels, Shorts) and long-form videos, including YouTube content, in line with each client's marketing strategy.
• Adapt editing techniques to align with distinct brand voices, visual styles, and audience expectations.
• Optimize video formats, pacing, captions, transitions, and structure to enhance platform-specific performance and audience engagement.
• Oversee multiple client video projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met while upholding high production standards.
• Integrate feedback from internal teams and clients effectively to refine and finalize video outputs.
• Maintain organized libraries of video assets, project files, and templates to facilitate smooth workflows across various accounts.
• Contribute to the planning, development, and execution of strategic content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create and edit compelling visual narratives that align with brand messaging and support wider marketing and SEO goals.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, and content marketers to generate video concepts, scripts, storyboards, and campaign materials.
• Ensure that content reinforces inbound marketing initiatives and maintains brand consistency across channels.
• Produce visually striking digital content including branded videos, motion graphics, reels, and social media assets.
• Consistently apply client brand guidelines while exploring new formats and innovative creative methods.
• Utilize motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling techniques to boost engagement and content effectiveness.
• Stay informed on emerging trends, editing techniques, and platform algorithm updates to ensure client content remains competitive.
• Assist in managing publishing workflows and asset delivery through content management or scheduling platforms.
• Continuously enhance editing workflows and templates to improve production efficiency and scalability across accounts.
• Monitor metrics related to video and content performance, such as engagement, reach, retention, and conversions.
• Contribute to the development of content insights and recommendations driven by analytics.
• Employ performance data to test, refine, and scale successful video formats and storytelling methods.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional video editing experience, preferably in a marketing agency, media company, or content production setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with AI-driven editing tools and automated workflows to enhance efficiency and scale content production.
• A solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, motion design, and visual engagement strategies.
• Capability to manage multiple projects, clients, and deadlines concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and clients.
