Video Editor – Thumbnail Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage a new YouTube channel

• Edit videos ranging from 8 to 12 minutes that focus on management, financial performance, and profitability from a CEO's viewpoint

• Produce high-quality, calm, and contemporary talking-head/business video edits

• Ensure strong pacing, superior audio quality, and polished color grading

• Tastefully incorporate existing graphics and visuals

• Formulate clear, curiosity-driven thumbnail ideas targeted at a CEO/CFO audience

• Generate original variations of thumbnails and constructively critique provided concepts

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional video editing and thumbnail design abilities

• Strong proficiency in graphic design

• Solid understanding of YouTube packaging

• Capability to create clear, easily understandable thumbnail concepts using minimal elements, strong visual clarity, and curiosity

• Ability to produce original variations and provide constructive feedback on ideas

• Proficiency in German at B2, C1, or C2 level
