Video Editor, Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert lengthy videos and podcasts into captivating short-form clips (like Reels, Shorts, and TikToks) designed for social media and distribution platforms.

• Develop and produce tailored segments for ongoing shows and standalone video-on-demand (VOD) content.

• Ensure all video materials are optimized for partner syndication, YouTube, Instagram, and other prominent digital channels.

• Create high-quality, visually appealing thumbnails and graphics to enhance click-through rates and boost audience engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience with advanced video editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro.

• A dedicated sports enthusiast and/or bettor who possesses a deep understanding of what appeals to sports betting and prediction market audiences.

• Strong knowledge of contemporary video distribution techniques, including YouTube optimization, syndication, clipping, and social media algorithms.

• Experience in producing engaging digital graphics and thumbnails using tools such as Canva or Photoshop.

• Outstanding core editing abilities with the skill to transition content smoothly between long-form and short-form formats.
