Video Editor, Content & Social Media Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Transform raw footage into engaging short-form content for platforms like Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.

• Edit material for the personal brands of two founders.

• Trim footage to enhance pace and viewer engagement.

• Incorporate captions, sound effects, music, motion graphics, and on-screen text.

• Perform color grading to ensure videos have a sharp and consistent look.

• Adhere to the style guide and replicate example edits and formats.

• Produce 25–30 short-form videos on a weekly basis.

• Implement requested changes and revisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.

• Experience in short-form video editing.

• Familiarity with what resonates on social media platforms.

• Strong sense of pacing and identifying effective hooks.

• Good taste and the ability to differentiate between high-quality and subpar content.

• Proficient in using DaVinci Resolve.

• Willing to disclose any current roles or client commitments.

• Must represent this engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor.”

• Availability to align with Australian business hours, roughly 9 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday.
