📋 Description

• Create engaging content that retains viewer attention for platforms such as Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, and other digital mediums.

• Transform raw footage and source materials into polished videos that are ready for publication.

• Ensure that videos maintain a consistent brand style, are visually captivating, and are well-paced.

• Oversee the production of multiple videos simultaneously.

• Utilize creative direction and visual judgment within a structured and fast-paced workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, including skills in motion graphics and kinetic typography.

• Professional video editing experience with a robust portfolio.

• Familiarity with editing for Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• Demonstrated capability in producing high-retention content.

• Strong sense of creative direction and visual aesthetics.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Prompt and reliable communication, along with quick turnaround times.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Availability to work during U.S. business hours.

• Dependable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.

• Submission of a portfolio or relevant work samples is required.
