Video Editor – Competition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Submit your application with a portfolio, evidence of your work, and a brief Loom video.

• Evaluate and select approximately 7 editors for consideration.

• If shortlisted, complete a compensated 15-second test.

• If chosen as the winner, produce a complete 1-minute hero video for the agency's website.

• Carry out 2 rounds of revisions on the final video.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in the Philippines or within 5 hours of Philippine Time (UTC+8).

• A dedicated video editor: your primary expertise is in editing, not a secondary skill alongside design or content.

• A portfolio showcasing paid and published editing work.

• Proof of ownership: a 20 to 30-second screen recording of your editing timeline for at least 2 projects in your portfolio.

• A compliance Loom video, up to 3 minutes long, in English: evaluate the current hero video on agency.dropzerodigital.com with a score out of 10 and suggest improvements.

• Introduce yourself by stating your full name and your country of residence at the beginning of the Loom video.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Only complete applications will be considered for review.

🏝️ Benefits

• $75 for the 15-second test, compensated to every shortlisted editor regardless of the outcome.

• $700 for the completed 1-minute video, awarded to the selected winner.
