Graphic & Video Production Specialist – Contract, 3-6 Months

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Edit both short-form and long-form video content, which includes SaaS product demonstrations, customer testimonials, feature releases, and recorded webinars.

• Incorporate motion graphics, kinetic typography, lower thirds, animations, and sound design into video projects.

• Transform existing video materials into concise clips suitable for LinkedIn and YouTube.

• Utilize modern AI tools for generating, composing, and finalizing video outputs.

• Design social media banners, blog headers, email newsletters, and digital advertisement sets.

• Develop sales one-pagers, layouts for whitepapers, presentation pitch decks, and infographics.

• Ensure adherence to DBSync’s brand guidelines across all creative assets.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to convert technical specifications and scripts into storyboards and visual concepts.

• Oversee project timelines and deliver high-quality assets within established sprint cycles.

• Create innovative multimedia assets for DBSync’s website, social media platforms, product explainers, and marketing campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous internship, freelance, or contract experience in graphic design and video editing.

• Strong understanding of AI tools and video generation; proficiency in utilizing AI skills, plugins, and connectors to enhance video production is essential.

• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Veed.io, or comparable video editing software.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and/or Canva.

• Experience with AI video generation/editing tools such as Claude Code, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, HyperFrames, or similar is mandatory.

• A portfolio or reel that showcases samples of video editing, motion design, and graphic design is required.

• A solid grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and composition principles.

• Basic skills in audio editing and cleanup, including noise reduction, leveling, and background music integration.

• Capability to convert abstract or technical SaaS integration concepts into clear and accessible visuals.

• Self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, open to creative feedback, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

• Must be available for U.K. Shift timings: 1:30 PM IST - 10:30 PM IST.
