This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop video content for hunting brands across various digital advertisements, social media platforms, and additional channels.

• Uphold high-quality standards across long-form, short-form, social media, linear television, and narrative content.

• Carry out on-site production responsibilities, including camera handling, lighting arrangement, and audio capturing.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to bring campaigns to fruition.

• Convert marketing, creative, and strategic goals into branded materials for diverse channels.

• Adhere to brand guidelines and assist in establishing graphic standards in conjunction with the design team.

• Engage in brainstorming sessions and research for content creation and campaign implementation.

• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work.

• Oversee multiple projects, enhance drafts, and generate innovative concepts.

• Remain up-to-date with advancements, industry trends, and social media developments.

• Utilize data and analytics to inform design choices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in video editing.

• Maintain a digital portfolio showcasing creative performance and storytelling capabilities.

• Familiarity with social media platforms.

• Expertise in video editing and 2D motion graphics.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Background in the hunting/outdoors sector.

• Experience with After Effects is preferred.
