• Transform raw video footage into refined short-form content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Incorporate captions, graphics, sound effects, and music to boost viewer retention.

• Ensure a quick turnaround time — edits completed within 24–48 hours of receiving footage.

• Consistently apply NoGigiddy's visual style guide across all produced content.

• Work collaboratively with creators and the social media team on project briefs and feedback.

• Adapt longer content into several short clips suitable for cross-platform distribution.

• Keep abreast of editing trends, including hook structures, caption styles, and pacing.

• No formal degree necessary.

• A strong portfolio showcasing short-form video editing — please provide 3–5 examples.

• Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or comparable editing software.

• Fast-paced and detail-oriented — maintaining quality is crucial, even under tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of effective strategies specifically for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

• Dependable, communicative, and open to constructive feedback.
