This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Edit one long-form YouTube video each week, usually ranging from 5 to 13 minutes, utilizing raw talking-head and screen-recording footage.

• Adhere to the provided written brief.

• Incorporate pre-existing motion-graphic B-roll clips as specified in the cue sheet.

• Create original motion graphics as necessary.

• Implement the Editor Brand Bible, which includes lower-thirds, on-screen labels, callouts, subscribe animations, end screens, and export settings.

• Ensure client data on the privacy list is blurred to be entirely unreadable.

• Submit Draft 1 within 2 business days.

• Complete revisions within 1 business day.

• Maintain communication through the Asana task, including briefs, feedback, and delivery links.

• Manage revisions until final approval is achieved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in editing talking-head or tutorial videos.

• Portfolio of published YouTube work that can be shared via links.

• Proficient in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

• Skilled in After Effects or Fusion for motion graphics creation.

• Examples of independently designed motion graphics, not merely templates.

• Strong instincts for pacing: concise, clear, and free of unnecessary content.

• Expertise in audio editing and sound enhancement as needed.

• Capacity to follow written specifications and feedback checklists accurately.

• Dependable turnaround times.

• Proficient in written English.

• Comfortable with asynchronous work.

• Must own software and hardware capable of processing 4K source files.

• Ability to invoice as a contractor.

• Availability during Bangkok business hours (GMT+7).

• Preference for candidates based in the Philippines.
