This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Create UGC-style advertisement videos utilizing AI-generated avatars through platforms such as Higgsfield or other comparable AI video tools.

• Utilize provided advertisement concepts, scripts, and reference materials to swiftly transform ideas into completed advertisements.

• Implement direct-response strategies, encompassing hooks, engagement, audience alignment, and clear calls to action.

• Adapt and compose advertisement copy to complement video content.

• Maintain a high-volume output pace, initially targeting approximately 5 to 6 advertisements per day on a part-time basis.

• Analyze ad performance data and make rapid adjustments instead of excessively refining any single advertisement.

• Collaborate with an established South African team to support Growjoy's increasing creative needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in performance or direct-response marketing: possesses an understanding of hooks, audience engagement, and the elements that drive paid social content conversion, rather than just traditional video production experience.

• Ability to quickly and independently learn new AI tools; prior hands-on experience with AI video or avatar tools is advantageous but not obligatory.

• Experience in a marketing agency or similar high-paced content and marketing environment.

• Highly adaptable: able to learn new software and workflows with minimal guidance.

• Comfortable with a repetitive, high-output creative process instead of a slower, single-deliverable workflow.

• Familiarity or eagerness to learn Higgsfield or similar platforms for AI video and avatar generation, alongside standard editing and copywriting tools.
