This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop high-impact short-form video advertisements tailored for Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Utilize performance editing strategies, including hooks, pacing, and re-hooks, to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

• Transform creator and product footage into captivating visual stories.

• Convert scripts into attention-grabbing content that excels across various platforms.

• Acquire, categorize, and manage B-roll and stock footage utilizing provided subscriptions.

• Keep asset libraries organized in Frame.io.

• Create marketing images, thumbnails, and social media graphics using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

• Monitor assignments and project progress within ClickUp.

• Adhere to naming conventions and file organization standards.

• Proactively communicate regarding timelines, obstacles, and workflow enhancements.

• Rapidly iterate based on performance metrics.

• Propose enhancements to editing processes and creative workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of video editing experience focused on short-form content for DTC or e-commerce brands (mandatory).

• Expert-level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Demonstrated experience in editing direct-response advertisements for Meta, Instagram, and/or TikTok within the e-commerce or DTC sectors.

• Intermediate proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

• Strong foundation in typography, color theory, composition, and motion graphics.

• Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capable of self-management with robust time management skills and the ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines.

• Proactive communicator who identifies issues early and seeks clarification before problems develop.

• Comfortable both giving and receiving constructive feedback while actively seeking ways to enhance creative workflows.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
