This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of video editing, podcast development, recording, and producing top-notch content for YouTube and audio platforms independently.

• Edit high-quality videos tailored for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and internal purposes.

• Work with podcast recordings to compile various clips and create comprehensive video and audio versions.

• Transform lengthy podcasts and speaking engagements into concise snippets suitable for reels and shorts.

• Keep abreast of the latest video editing trends and implement them effectively.

• Experiment with video editing and AI tools to enhance editing efficiency and incorporate automation while preserving quality.

• Ensure excellent audio clarity, appropriate lighting, color grading, sound mixing, and overall production quality.

• Collaborate with the content team to uphold brand style and consistency.

• Manage timelines effectively to deliver content promptly and efficiently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Video Editor; portfolio is mandatory.

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable editing software.

• Experience in podcast editing, encompassing both video and audio formats.

• Capability to distill long videos into short, engaging snippets.

• Basic knowledge of camera operation and video recording techniques.

• Strong creativity and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Preferred experience in graphic design.

• Preferred experience utilizing modern AI tools for video creation and editing.

• Preferred experience in creating AI avatars of individuals.
