Video Content Publisher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Responsible for publishing various video categories, including Set Highlights, Highlights, Press Conferences, etc. This includes creating thumbnails and utilizing a set style guide to formulate titles, descriptions, and appropriately tagging videos across our digital platforms using the CMS.

• Upload videos to Google OneBox via Vita, which entails obtaining the video URL, formatting the URL with a CID code, titling the video correctly, selecting appropriate thumbnail assets, and ensuring the videos are published successfully.

• Monitor video uploads with Google Sheets to keep track of Google OneBox progress.

• Proficiency with CMS: Experience working within various Content Management Systems.

• Team collaboration: Ability to work virtually in a team setting and utilize communication tools like Slack.

• Optimization skills: Knowledgeable in SEO best practices.

• Live event production: Experience in a fast-paced, multi-day live event environment is essential.

• Multi-tasking abilities: Capable of working assigned shifts, including nights and weekends during the tournament.

• Familiarity with video editing software such as WSC, Minutely, and Clipro is advantageous.

• Understanding of tennis is a plus.
