Large Loss Contents Property Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Visit customers' residences to assess large loss contents claims.

• Manage escalated claims files with intricate contents issues.

• Perform an in-depth coverage investigation of the loss.

• Communicate with empathy to assist customers throughout their claims journey.

• Negotiate claim settlements in line with business unit standards.

• Utilize data and analytics to guide decision-making processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience utilizing estimating software such as Xactimate for complex contents estimation.

• More than 3 years of experience managing large loss property contents.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Strong and professional communication skills, both in writing and verbally.

• Capability to work independently from a home office.

• Well-organized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
