• Assist in the onboarding of suppliers from the initial engagement phase to activation.
• Oversee the onboarding process for designated suppliers, ensuring a seamless and efficient launch experience.
• Adhere to established onboarding protocols, playbooks, and documentation to uphold consistency and quality.
• Monitor and meet onboarding KPIs, which include time to launch, activation rates, and content quality standards.
• Coordinate onboarding efforts across various internal teams.
• Develop and nurture supplier relationships.
• Act as the main point of contact for suppliers during the onboarding and early-stage development phases.
• Offer guidance, training, and best-practice recommendations to facilitate supplier success on the platform.
• Address supplier inquiries and proactively tackle onboarding challenges.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary, while ensuring a positive experience for suppliers.
• Oversee content onboarding and quality assurance processes.
• Evaluate supplier content to verify it adheres to platform standards and quality expectations.
• Enhance product descriptions, inclusions, meeting points, imagery, and other content to boost conversion rates.
• Conduct quality assurance evaluations prior to product launch.
• Collaborate with suppliers to bridge content gaps and elevate overall product quality.
• Assist with technical onboarding and integrations.
• Work closely with Supply Operations and technical teams to facilitate supplier integrations.
• Support onboarding-related technical tasks and validate connectivity.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day onboarding issues and determine if they are operational or technical in nature.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of issues.
• Contribute to process enhancement and reporting initiatives.
• Identify onboarding bottlenecks and areas for efficiency improvement.
• Suggest updates to onboarding workflows, documentation, and playbooks.
• Monitor supplier onboarding performance and share insights with the broader team.
• Assist in initiatives aimed at enhancing supplier activation, content quality, and long-term supplier success.
• Utilize AI to streamline and automate repetitive tasks and processes.
• 2-4 years of experience in supplier onboarding, account management, operations, content management, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Capacity to work cross-functionally with both operational and technical teams.
• Basic understanding of how APIs deliver pricing, availability, and content to a platform.
• Comfortable handling large volumes of data across various systems and CRMs.
• Self-motivated and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the marketplace, e-commerce, or travel industry is preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong written communication skills.
