Video Content Publisher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Responsible for publishing various video categories including Set Highlights, Highlights, and Press Conferences. This task involves creating thumbnails and utilizing a set style guide to formulate titles, descriptions, and appropriately tagging videos across our digital platforms via the CMS.

• Upload videos to Google OneBox through Vita, which includes retrieving the video URL, formatting it with the CID code, appropriately titling the video, selecting suitable thumbnail assets, and ensuring successful publication.

• Monitor video uploads using Google Sheets to keep track of the progress on Google OneBox.

• Proficiency in CMS: Familiarity with various Content Management Systems is essential.

• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment and utilize communication tools like Slack.

• Optimization Skills: Knowledge of SEO best practices is required.

• Live Event Production: Experience in a fast-paced, multi-day live event environment is necessary.

• Strong Multi-tasking Ability.

• Availability to work assigned shifts, including nights and weekends during the tournament.

• Familiarity with video editing software platforms such as WSC, Minutely, and Clipro is an advantage.

• Understanding of tennis is a plus.
