Video Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop engaging mobile video advertisements for BeReal that effectively reach large audiences by utilizing platform-specific formats and best practices in performance creative.

• Analyze competitors to determine effective content strategies, while consistently testing and innovating new creative ideas and methods.

• Modify existing BeReal creative concepts and create new ones to meet growth targets across various audiences and markets.

• Implement AI technologies in creative production, productivity enhancements, and operational processes.

• Analyze key performance indicators such as hook rate, CTR, CVR, IPM, and retention metrics to gauge effectiveness and make rapid, informed adjustments.

• Participate in cross-functional creative projects, including trials of new tools, formats, and production methods.

• Collaborate within a small creative team and work closely with the global team as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expert in video editing and content creation.

• Proficient in After Effects.

• Familiarity with 3D software is a plus.

• Practical experience with AI creative tools such as Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.

• Possess a creative mindset with a problem-solving approach.

• Comprehend how your creations impact marketing performance.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a related role, though more senior candidates are welcome.

• Thorough understanding of the mobile app market.
