This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and evaluate QoE analyses, NWC assessments, schedules for debt-like items, and revenue trend exhibits from a healthcare perspective.
• Analyze the impact of payor mix on revenue quality, pinpoint revenue cycle discrepancies, and assess provider compensation and cost frameworks.
• Highlight sector-specific adjustments that influence normalized earnings for healthcare targets.
• Utilize knowledge of reimbursement frameworks, managed care agreements, and cost reporting.
• Oversee the daily operations of Senior Associates and Associates.
• Delegate tasks, review deliverables, and ensure engagements progress as scheduled.
• Manage the data room, monitor incoming documents, and uphold the open request list.
• Address issues independently or escalate them as necessary.
• Draft portions of healthcare financial due diligence reports under the guidance of the Director.
• Link financial findings to healthcare sector-specific drivers.
• Conduct self-reviews of report sections for accuracy and organization.
• Create financial exhibits and formulate sector-specific inquiries for management calls and client discussions.
• Engage in client calls and financial discussions under the direction of the Director.
• Collaborate with tax advisors, legal teams, and other external parties.
• Guide and develop Senior Associates through direct and substantive feedback.
• Exemplify the precision, pace, and healthcare judgment expected by the practice.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or public accounting with substantial healthcare deal exposure.
• Familiarity with payor mix, reimbursement structures, revenue cycle dynamics, managed care agreements, and provider compensation models.
• Practical experience with QoE analysis, NWC assessments, and identifying debt-like items within a diligence context.
• Proficiency in interpreting healthcare financial statements with sector-specific judgment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification preferred or actively pursuing it.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Capability to assign work with clear expectations, review it to a high standard, and provide constructive feedback.
• Ability to identify issues early and manage workstreams autonomously.
• Competence to work effectively under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Detail-oriented approach while maintaining focus on key findings.
• Genuine interest in the operational aspects of healthcare businesses.
• Willingness to accept and implement feedback while offering specific, actionable feedback to others.
