• Provide leadership in executive roles across the entire HR Operations portfolio, encompassing Compliance & Process, Employee Lifecycle, and Total Rewards, while establishing the strategic direction for global service delivery.
• Create and implement a total rewards philosophy and strategy that aligns with business objectives and market competitiveness, covering annual compensation cycles such as salary review, merit, bonus, equity grants, and Key Contributor Awards.
• Ensure equitable pay and compliance with pay transparency regulations (including US state laws and the EU Pay Transparency Directive), while collaborating with HR Business Partners on compensation cycles, promotions, and total rewards communication.
• Oversee the strategy and governance for all global employee lifecycle processes — including onboarding, offboarding, probation, background checks, and employment documentation — driving both standardization and local adaptation.
• Lead the integration, optimization, and modernization of HR systems, including the integration with Ericsson's technology stack (SuccessFactors, Degreed), and promote the adoption of self-service tools among employees and managers.
• Foster global standardization, audit integrity, and remediation across all compliance areas, ensuring adherence to local labor laws, data management standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Own and continuously enhance Vonage's tiered HR service delivery model, clarifying escalation pathways, knowledge management, and channel strategy.
• Lead and develop a global team across various regions, cultivating a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, IT, and Ericsson Global People Services teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and integration.
• Extensive experience in global HR operations, leadership in people services, or total rewards management.
• In-depth understanding of compensation philosophy, benefits administration, job architecture, and principles of pay equity.
• Strong knowledge of global compliance, employee lifecycle processes, and various service delivery models.
• Proven track record with HR systems implementations and technology transformations, with a preference for experience in SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, encompassing data analysis, key performance indicator definition, business case development, and return on investment modeling.
• Experience with the integration of HR processes and systems in shared services or post-acquisition contexts.
• Experience in leading multi-country HR operations or shared services teams at scale.
