This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance and integrate core systems, encompassing CRM, financial platforms, research systems, and operational tools.
• Transform business processes into scalable and well-integrated technological solutions.
• Define and implement a technology roadmap focused on reliability, user-friendliness, and long-term scalability.
• Establish and bolster data capabilities to enhance reporting, transparency, and decision-making.
• Spearhead the delivery of technology initiatives with well-defined priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
• Ensure that infrastructure and cybersecurity practices foster a secure and dependable environment.
• Guarantee that Salesforce is appropriately configured, governed, and integrated to meet fundraising, donor management, and reporting requirements.
• Oversee vendor relationships and technology investments with an emphasis on value and performance.
• Build and manage a technology team that is responsive, accountable, and aligned with the organization's needs.
• Develop and supervise IT governance practices, including standards, policies, and controls to ensure security, compliance, and effective utilization of technology resources.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and manage the technology budget, focusing on forecasting, prioritization, and cost optimization strategies.
• Support the organization's compliance with relevant regulatory, legal, and data privacy requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent field.
• Over 12 years of experience in technology leadership positions.
• Demonstrated experience in building and leading a high-performing, full-spectrum IT team that covers applications, infrastructure, data, security, and support services.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, system integrations, and data models.
• Experience managing enterprise platforms, including CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Familiarity with IT governance and budgeting.
• Experience collaborating directly with business leaders on cross-functional initiatives.
