This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Take ownership of the operational effectiveness of the US technology ecosystem, encompassing Salesforce, client-facing platforms, core business applications, and workplace collaboration technologies.
• Ensure that systems are stable, scalable, secure, and aligned with business operations as well as customer requirements.
• Supervise platform administration, system enhancements, integrations, and vendor-supported development initiatives.
• Promote operational stability by reducing incidents, minimizing disruptions, and enhancing technology usability throughout the organization.
• Establish and uphold structured change management and release practices.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and global technology teams to ensure that platforms support evolving business strategies and customer experience objectives.
• Guarantee reliable reporting, data consistency, and operational visibility across various systems and platforms.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 12 years of progressive experience in technology operations, platform management, engineering leadership, or similar technology leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex technology ecosystems, including Salesforce or comparable enterprise platforms.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional technology initiatives that involve applications, infrastructure, data, and security.
• Strong grasp of operational technology governance, vendor management, and service delivery practices.
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership to align technology strategy with business goals.
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams and manage delivery across internal, shared, and external resources.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
