This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Develop, implement, and expand Great Minds’ culture and talent strategy.
• Internalize Great Minds’ strategic vision to establish capability and skill requirements.
• Oversee job architecture and career frameworks to provide clarity and growth opportunities.
• Spearhead the Inclusion & Belonging initiative for sustainable talent systems.
• Formulate the performance management philosophy and ensure consistent execution.
• Evaluate current learning frameworks and design a renewed L&D strategy aligned with priorities.
• Create and oversee a blended learning ecosystem for a geographically dispersed workforce.
• Develop the employee experience and engagement strategy to enhance mission-driven retention.
• Senior-level experience (typically 12–15+ years) in talent, culture, or organizational development roles.
• Proven track record in defining and implementing culture/values at scale.
• Experience in remote or hybrid work environments.
• Strong expertise in compensation and incentive design.
• Excellent history with performance systems, goal cascading, OKRs, or similar methodologies.
• Outstanding communicator, coach, and influencer.
• Data-driven approach; capable of utilizing talent analytics to guide decision-making.
• Proficiency in change management and cultural transformation.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
