This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Services, Scores, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance to establish, launch, and implement pricing and packaging strategies that advance the business — applicable to both our platform and Scores services.
• Develop and synchronize pricing frameworks across direct and indirect sales channels, ensuring consistency and commercial effectiveness at each customer interaction.
• Create adaptable, scalable pricing models for the Platform that enhance revenue potential and drive significant margin improvements.
• Derive actionable insights through customer segmentation, price exploration, structured experimentation, and rigorous ROI analysis.
• Convert pricing strategy into operational execution — providing clear guidance on billing requirements, discounting structures, and the systems necessary to support them.
• Establish automated, scalable systems for assessing pricing performance, rooted in both COGS analysis and customer value metrics.
• Stay ahead of market trends — observing competitive dynamics and key performance indicators to constantly discover opportunities for pricing advancement.
• Develop and advocate for a set of pricing best practices and repeatable processes that enhance the organization’s approach to commercial strategy.
• Demonstrated global expertise in SaaS and on-premise software pricing, with a history of integrating market intelligence, COGS analysis, and customer value insights to formulate strategies that promote long-term profitable growth.
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, forecasting, and P&L management — with a solid understanding of revenue recognition rules for software and decision management solutions.
• Relevant knowledge of financial services business models and the quantifiable economic value provided by decision management solutions.
• Experience in creating pricing strategies for third-party partner ecosystems, including API-based marketplace models, where pricing must balance platform growth with partner success.
• A collaborative leadership approach that connects technical and non-technical stakeholders — someone capable of aligning competing priorities, fostering consensus, and driving organizational change while maintaining momentum.
• Executive-level communication abilities, with the capacity to present intricate recommendations through compelling narratives supported by data, risk analysis, and ROI framing.
• A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or Software Engineering is required; an MBA or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
